The farmhouse design with the shiplap accent walls, the open floor plan, the high-end appliances and high quality materials and finishes throughout the house were just what we were looking for. After 4 months living in the house, we love it even more! The builder and his staff have been incredibly responsive to our questions and punch list requests, even one late night panic call to deal with a beeping smoke alarm! Denise Tran Review-Highly recommend We have worked with Ali and Amir on our project from the very beginning of our new build. We went with them because they were honest, hard working, diligent and could work within our budget. They work hand in hand with an architect who has beautiful designs, is easy to access and a lot of things were done for us that made our build even better. Once we broke ground, we were done within one year. This was unprecedented bc most contractors/builders would take 1.5 years to 2 years esp during COVID. We worked closely with Ali and Amir throughout the entire project and we didn’t have to come on site everyday bc we knew they were working the hardest for us (neighbors attest to seeing someone on our property almost everyday.). They keep in touch w us and are available to us whenever we need them. We love our home and are so happy we went with them.! We call them all the time and they respond promptly. Ali and Amir are our builders and now we can say that they have become family and they would do anything for you! We highly recommend them to help build your dream home!

As a second owner of one of their homes, I was dismayed that there was a minor AC problem that happened at build time but wasn’t uncovered until I moved in and we tried adding some AC equipment. Ali and his contractors were quick to recognize it was their fault and worked diligently and quickly to make it right. This was years after the property was completed! The end result was excellent and looks like nothing was ever wrong. It’s refreshing to see companies stand by their products and offer effective solutions to make things right— a true bright spot in a sea of dubious competitors."
